If your physical book order is not delivered to you, you may request a refund, provided you report the non‑delivery to us within 7 days from the expected delivery date shown in your order or tracking details. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund. - Refunds for Books in Not Readable Condition
If you receive a book that is not in readable condition (for example, pages are missing, severely damaged, misprinted, or the file will not open for a digital book), you may request a refund. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery (for physical books) or purchase/access (for digital books) and provide clear evidence of the issue (photos, screenshots, or error messages). - How Refunds Are Processed
