You can ask for refund only in case of non-fulfillment of your order within 24-48 hours after order is received. No refund can be provided once any subscription is purchased.
If you do not want the subscription you purchased, then you can get any other subscription of the same value or pay the difference amount to get the subscription of higher value. However, after once purchased, a 20% reduction in the value of the subscription will be charged – when it has been less than a week since you received your subscription – if you want to get any other subscription in exchange.
Any subscription which has been received and a week or more has passed then no exchange can be made with other subscriptions.
